Here are just a few of the comments we received when we contacted perfumers saying we wanted to create a 100% natural home fragrance brand. 

“Natural fragrance is too expensive, use synthetics, they are a fraction of the price” 

“You can still call yourself natural, even if you’re not totally natural. The term is unregulated!”

“Synthetic fragrances are much easier to use”

100% natural fragrance is much much more expensive than using synthetic (a cup of synthetic rose fragrance can cost as little as £13, compared to 100% natural rose oil, which can cost over £1,500).

It may surprise you, but there are VERY few 100% natural candles on the market. In fact, we can only think of one other. Just using soy wax and a few essential oils, doesn't make actually a candle natural. 

But when we got this feedback, we just weren't willing to compromise. No one needed another cool-looking brand, there had to be more to it than that. And we knew, that being 100% natural was key.
